Membership Dues

 

Dues are $250.00 for members actively employed in law enforcement. Detention offices in Wake County can belong to the FOP with full benefits. Dues for retired / disabled members will remain at $75. Dues must be submitted before September 1 of the preceding year. (e,g, 2026 dues were due September 1, 2025). Members who have not paid their dues by 10/1/24 will without leave from the board WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE ROLLS.

 
Once a Member is dropped for non-payment of dues they will need to reapply for membership AND WILL NOT BE COVERED BY ANY BENEFIT OR INSURANCE.
